Anvil Sports Camp: Summer, 2025!
WE’RE BACCKKKKK… join us (boys, 7-13 - sorry, dads…) for Anvil Sports Camp where we will provide a safe environment for boys to enjoy some good old-fashioned summer fun — SCREEN FREE (at least for 7 hours…)! Don’t let our age fool you, this will be a high-flying, adventure-packed, testosterone-filled, calorie-burning camp like your son has never experienced before!
Organized but flexible, competitive yet relaxed, we’re bringing old-school values & outdoor play to the open fields & air-conditioned gyms of PA! Based out of Berean Bible Church’s (Pottstown, PA) versatile & sprawling campus, a typical day includes a variety of sports, games, competitions, and activities, such as rugby, cricket, infected, manhunt, gaga ball, whiffle ball, kickball, soccer, basketball, battle ball, capture the flag, nerf wars, water games and more!
These age-appropriate challenges & captivating competitions are not meant to develop summer camp heroes but to nurture mature men of character. The heartbeat of our camp is to:
increase responsibility, resilience, stewardship, & independence…
provide opportunities for risk, adventure, courage, and confidence…
embrace failure in a safe environment…
exchange isolation & loneliness with community & brotherhood…
gently expose identity amnesia with Biblical truth when anger & apathy inevitably surface…
