Blacksmithing Intensive: Forged to Lead – Rebar Axe Edition
Ages 10–17 | Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

In this unique blacksmithing intensive, boys will forge their very own rebar axe—a tool that symbolizes strength, purpose, and leadership. Each session is designed not only to teach craftsmanship, but to speak to the deeper work of God in shaping a young man’s heart.

Every element of this experience becomes a metaphor for growth:

• The Metal begins as a simple piece of rebar—ordinary, but full of purpose—just like the life of every boy who enters the forge.

• The Fire represents the Holy Spirit, whose refining presence softens and prepares us for transformation.

• The Anvil is our unchanging God—a firm foundation on which we are shaped and made strong.

• The Hammers are the voices of parents, mentors, and leaders who intentionally invest in our lives with truth, correction, and encouragement.

• The Master Blacksmith is Jesus—the only one who can take our imperfections and turn them into strength, who shapes us into men of courage, integrity, and faith.

This is more than just a chance to forge steel—it's a chance to forge character. By the end of the week, each boy will walk away with a hand-forged axe and a deeper understanding of what it means to be a young man shaped by God.
