🔥 Forged Through the Fire: The Life of Joseph

Becoming Men of Strength, Character, and Faith

Have you ever felt like life’s challenges are breaking you down instead of building you up? In a world that celebrates comfort and shortcuts, we’ve forgotten that real strength is forged—not found. God’s process for shaping men has always involved pressure, perseverance, and purpose.

During this leadership program, we will walk through the incredible story of Joseph—a young man who was betrayed, tempted, forgotten, and yet remained faithful. From the pit to the palace, Joseph’s life shows us that every setback can become part of God’s greater setup. His story teaches us that the forge isn’t punishment—it’s preparation.

Through Scripture, hands-on forging, and brotherhood, boys will discover how God builds strong men through testing, trust, and time.

Over these 8 weeks, boys ages 9–14 will forge their own knife and—more importantly—learn how to:

• Pursue God’s purpose with humility, like Joseph the Dreamer.

• Stay resilient in rejection, letting challenges refine, not define, them.

• Work faithfully in the small things, even when no one’s watching.

• Stand firm against temptation and guard their integrity.

• Be patient in the waiting, trusting God’s timing.

• Walk in humility when success comes, remembering who deserves the glory.

• Forgive freely, choosing redemption over revenge.

• See God’s hand in every season, recognizing that He is always working for good.

Each week, students will reflect on a new theme from Joseph’s life—Vision, Resilience, Faithfulness, Integrity, Patience, Humility, Forgiveness, and Legacy—while applying it to their own journey as young men.

Just like steel is strengthened in the fire, so too will their faith, character, and brotherhood be refined through shared challenge, hands-on work, and Scripture.
